What are the delivery charges?

There are no delivery charges for orders with a total value of Rs 2500 or above.DentalBaba charges Rs 100 as delivery charge for order values below Rs 2500.Extra charges may be applicable in case you want to use the ‘Priority delivery’ option. More information about the ‘Priority delivery’ option can be found below.

How are the items shipped?

DentalBaba delivers your orders through its own logistics team in its direct-service locations. Orders from all other locations are shipped through renowned logistics service providers (couriers). You can be rest assured that the products will reach you in perfect shape.

What are the locations to which DentalBaba can deliver?

DentalBaba has reliable courier partners who cover most locations across the country. In the rare case that your location is not covered by any of our delivery partners, we will get in touch with you to work out alternative arrangements to ship the products to you.If alternative arrangements cannot be worked out, your payments shall be refunded to you and the order cancelled.

How much time does it take for the products to reach me?

DentalBaba classifies its products as ‘Regular order’ and ‘Special order’ products. Regular order products are shipped from DentalBaba’s warehouse on the same day or the next day. Special order products are shipped within 2 weeks from the date of order.All orders are currently shipped from Delhi-Ncr. Depending on your location, it may take 1-7 Working days for the shipments to reach you. You will be able to track your order details, once you login to your account. Our customer care would also be able to help you with more details about the order, where necessary.

What does a 'special order' mean?

A ‘special order’ product is specially procured for you by DentalBaba. In such cases, DentalBaba first checks the availability of the product with the sources. When there are no availability issues, the products are procured and sent across to you, similar to normal shipments. In some cases, the ‘special order’ products may be procured for the specific requirement. It could take up to 2 weeks for shipping the order in such cases.In case of availability issues, the customer support team would get in touch with you to suggest alternatives and arrive at a solution.

Why is the Cash on Delivery option not available for me?

Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) option availability is dependent on the coverages offered by of our shipping partners. And, DentalBaba accepts C-o-D only for transaction values lesser than Rs 10,000.You may not be able to avail the C-o-D facility if either of these conditions are not met. We are continuously expanding our service locations, and we hope to offer the C-o-D facility and other benefits at your location in the near future.

Can I receive my products outside India?

Right Now " No" , we do not deliver to international locations currently. DentalBaba Global Coming Soon....

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my purchases at DentalBaba?

DentalBaba offers all commonly used payment options including most debit cards, credit cards, Wallets and netbanking. Cash-on-Delivery option is also available across several Pin codes. The same is displayed as part of all the product pages.Apart from these, in the locations we service directly, you also have an option to avail cheque-on-delivery payments.You can also make payments through direct bank deposits to the DentalBaba account or through bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS).

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card at DentalBaba?

DentalBaba uses the safest of payment options available in India, to process your payments. So, there is nothing worry on the safety and security front, while transacting online with DentalBaba.

How can I place a Cash-on-Delivery order?

If you are not comfortable making online payments, you can choose the Cash on Delivery payment option to pay for your purchases.Once you enter your location information in the order page, Cash-on-Delivery becomes a possible payment mode, if you are in one of the locations, where the service is available. You can simply choose COD as the payment mode at this point and finalize your order.COD payments are currently not accepted for orders above Rs 10,000. You may receive a confirmation call before the orders are shipped, in case of COD orders.

How can I place an order, with the payment option as bank deposit or direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS)?

For those who are uncomfortable about online transactions, DentalBaba provides more offline payment options to make life easier. You can either deposit the amount corresponding to your proposed order either in the DentalBaba bank account directly at an Our bank branch, or make an online transfer from your internet banking platform to DentalBaba’s bank account.This option is available for all customers of DentalBaba. Please coordinate with customer care to avail this payment mode.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales tax) in the purchases which I make at DentalBaba?

No, there are no hidden charges. All prices displayed on DentalBaba are all-inclusive.Delivery charges may be added in cases of very low value purchases or in case of urgent delivery requests, depending on the shipping policy. The same shall be shown to you before you finalize your purchases.

What should I do in case of payment issues?

In case you face any difficulties in paying online or while placing a COD order, please feel free to reach out to customer care Our team will be happy to resolve your issues, and assist with your purchases.

Cancellations & Returns

I have just placed an order. How do I cancel the same?

Please get in touch with our customer care to get your order cancelled.In cases where the order has not been shipped, the same will be cancelled immediately. In cases where the order has already been shipped, please do not accept the shipment when it arrives. DentalBaba team will process the cancellation based on your communication with customer care.However, the same is not applicable on products which have been specially procured against the order. In such cases, the DentalBaba team will notify the same to you immediately.

What are the cancellation charges?

Orders generally get shipped within 1-2 days. Shipping could be initiated as early as an hour within the order time.In cases where the cancellation request reaches us before the shipping gets initiated, there will be no cancellation charges. In cases where shipping has been initiated, a cancellation charge 1.5% of order value shall apply.However, the same is not applicable on products which have been specially procured against the order. In such cases, a cancellation charge of up to 20% of the order value will be levied as per DentalBaba discretion.

How will I get the refunds for my cancelled orders?

In cases of post-paid (Cash-on-Delivery or Credit) orders, the cancellation charge if any, would apply on your next purchase.In cases of pre-paid orders (online payments), on cancellation, your remaining amount will get refunded to you through the same payment mode which you had used for the transaction.

When will I get the refunds for my cancelled orders?

In case of non-shipped orders, the refund will be processed, on confirmation of cancellation by the Customer Support team.In cases of orders which have already been shipped, cancellation gets confirmed once the products are received back at DentalBaba office. On confirmation of the same, the refund will get processed.

What do I do if I get my shipment in damaged condition?

DentalBaba takes utmost care in packing your orders and uses reliable logistics partners to carry your shipments. But, in the rare instance of a damaged shipment, please do not accept the delivery of the same.Immediately on declining the delivery, please contact our customer care and inform about the same. DentalBaba Support team will help you in finding an alternate solution – shipping of a replacement or cancellation of the order.

I have bought a product from DentalBaba which I am yet to use. Is it possible to return the same?

DentalBaba has a no-questions-asked-returns policy for unused products. DentalBaba allows for returns, for 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. The products will have to be in its original condition for the same. Return shipping charges shall apply on all returns.However, the same is not applicable on products which have been specially procured against the order. In such cases, the DentalBaba team will notify the same to you immediately.In case you want to return a product, please contact our customer care.DentalBaba Support team will help you in scheduling a pick-up for the returned product, from your place. In cases where the return shipment cannot be facilitated by DentalBaba, you may be asked to ship the product to our address directly.

I bought a product from DentalBaba. I have started using it, but do not like it anymore. Is it possible to return the same?

Returns are generally accepted only if the product is unused and is in its original condition.In cases where the product has been used partially, if there are genuine reasons for the need for a return, DentalBaba shall initiate a return request with the manufacturer/vendor of the product. If the vendor is satisfied with the reasoning for the return of the product and is willing to accept the return, DentalBaba will confirm the acceptance of the return. If you want to initiate such a return process, please contact our customer care within 7 days of the receipt of the products. A return shipping fee of Rs 100 would be applicable, if returns are approved.DentalBaba is just an intermediary in the sales process and hence will have to abide by the manufacturer’s returns policies. But, we have our customer at the heart of our service offerings, and we will do our best to protect the interests of our customers.

How does the returns process work?

In case you want to return a product, please contact our customer care to initiate the returns process.After validating the return request, the DentalBaba Support team will help you in scheduling a pick-up for the returned product, from your place. In cases where the return shipment cannot be facilitated by DentalBaba, you may be asked to ship the product to our address directly.

Can I cancel/return only a part of my order?

Yes, it is possible to cancel/return only a part of your order. Please get in touch with our customer care to initiate a partial cancellation/return request.

When will I get my refunds, in case of returned products?

DentalBaba Support team will confirm the acceptance of your returns, on receiving the products back at DentalBaba’s office.On confirmation of the same, your refund will be processed. The refund amount shall be paid back to you through the same payment mode, which you had used for making the payment. The same will be processed within 7-10 days from the date of refund confirmation.
